This privacy notice
This page describes how GE Appliance Repair handles personal information collected through this website, our booking form, phone calls, email and in-home GE appliance repair visits. It applies to this site only.
The business behind this website
GE Appliance Repair is an independent shop. We diagnose and repair GE refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, cooktops and microwaves. We are not an official GE factory service center, and GE brand names on this site identify the appliances we work on — they do not mean we are owned by, employed by or authorized by the manufacturer.
Serving Miami, New York, Houston, Los Angeles and San Diego metro areas.
Typical hours: Mon–Sat: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
What we collect when you request a visit
The booking and contact forms ask for the details needed to dispatch a technician: your name, phone number, email, service address, GE model or appliance type when you know it, the error code or symptom, and any notes you type in. If a field is optional, you can leave it blank.
Calls, messages and the visit itself
If you ring us or write in, we keep the conversation notes required to schedule the job, confirm a window, and describe what the technician found. During a visit we may record the model and serial plate, the fault, the estimate you approved, and which GE parts were fitted so we can support the same appliance later.
How that information is used
We use it to answer you, book and route the appointment, prepare an estimate, order GE original parts when you approve them, complete the repair, and follow up if something about the same job needs attention. We do not sell mailing lists or rental files of customer contacts.
Who else may see a job file
The assigned technician sees the address, appliance and symptom so they can do the work. A parts supplier may receive the model number and the part that was approved. A payment processor sees what is required to take a card payment. We do not hand your file to unrelated companies for their advertising.
How long job records stay on file
We keep service history for as long as it is useful for a later visit on the same GE appliance and for ordinary bookkeeping. When a record is no longer needed for those reasons, we do not keep it longer than we have to.
Cookies on this website
The site may set cookies so pages load correctly, so the booking form can be submitted, and so we can see general traffic patterns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some features may then work less smoothly.
Asking about your information
You can ask us what we hold about a booking you made, ask us to correct an address or phone number, or ask us to delete information that is not required to finish an open job or to keep a lawful record of work already done. Use the contact page or the details below and include the appointment date if you have it.
